Thank you for choosing Smart Achievers Institute for your educational needs. We are committed to providing high-quality tuition classes for Class 9th - 12th and JEE & NEET competitive exams. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Course Enrollment:
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into an agreement and provide consent to these Terms of Use. You further represent that
- All enrollments in our tuition classes are considered final upon registration.
- Upon enrollment, students will gain access to course materials, live sessions, and other resources as per the selected package.
2. Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@smartachievers.in
- Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment.
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested after 7 days but before the start of the course.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment.
3. Course Material:
- Course materials, including textbooks, workbooks, and online resources, are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or distributed.
- Any physical study material provided must be returned in its original condition for a refund to be processed.
4. Discontinuation of Services:
- In the unlikely event that Smart Achievers Institute discontinues a course or service, enrolled students will be notified promptly.
- Refunds for discontinued services will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the remaining duration of the course.
5. Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Smart Achievers Institute management.
